Delivery Policy

Order Processing Time

Order processing time refers to the time it takes from when a customer places an order until the seller hands the order over to the logistics company. Typically, after order confirmation and payment, we will ship within 3-5 business days, Please note that orders placed on weekends may experience some delay.

Our warehouse operates during standard business hours from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. In special cases, we will take measures to minimize shipping delays.

 

Shipping Cost and Transit Time

We offer free delivery service for all orders. Below are our estimated delivery times and some of the partnered courier companies:

  • Country/Region: United States
  • Estimated Delivery Time: 7-14 days
  • Courier Companies: FedEx, YunExpress, DHL, TNT, UPS, 4PX, Matson

 

Please note the following:

For all products with a maximum dimension of 40 inches (101.6 cm) or less in packaging size, we will ship using expedited courier services with an estimated delivery time of 9-14 business days.

For products with a maximum dimension exceeding 40 inches (101.6 cm) in packaging size, we will ship via ocean freight with an estimated delivery time of 23-29 days.

Total Delivery Time

Total delivery time can be expressed as: processing time + transit time, which depends on your location and specific order conditions.

 

Tracking

After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor your package. Please note that tracking information may sometimes take 48 to 72 hours to update, especially during events or holidays.

If you are unable to track your package normally, please contact us, and we will resolve the issue within 48 hours.

 

Delays in Delivery

Due to reasons such as Covid-19, international shipping may experience delays. If your order is delayed, please contact us at support@mingledecor.com, and we will promptly verify the situation with the shipping company. Thank you for your understanding and support.

 

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of receiving your order confirmation email. We will process a full refund to your original payment method.

 

Regarding Taxes

In very rare cases, your order may be subject to customs duties and taxes imposed by your country's government, which you will be responsible for. We cannot control the customs policies of your country or other countries, so we apologize for any inconvenience caused. For more information on customs fees, tariffs, and taxes, please contact your local customs office.

 

Damage in Transit

In very rare cases, products may be damaged during transit, for reasons such as compression and collision. We offer free replacement of damaged parts, regardless of the cause.
